Shipping policy

Important context before the policy. TikTok Shop's shipping situation has been chaotic in 2026 — here's what actually matters for you:

TikTok initially required exclusive use of TikTok Shop Logistics Services, but after strong seller feedback they reversed that decision, allowing independent shipping to continue. So Printify fulfilling your orders through their carriers is still viable for your Shopify store. Your TikTok Shop situation is separate and still pending your appeal anyway.

What TikTok does require is that all orders have valid tracking numbers and that sellers dispatch and deliver within required Service Level Agreements. Printify handles tracking automatically, so you're covered there.

SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

All Anchor & Pine products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

PRODUCTION TIME

All orders require 2–7 business days for production before shipment. This is in addition to shipping transit time. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days (where available)

International shipping is not currently available.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are fulfilled and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partner.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Anchor & Pine is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If your tracking shows your package has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact us at willie@anchorandpine.shop and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Anchor & Pine is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at willie@anchorandpine.shop within 24 hours and we will do our best to make the correction before production begins.

CANCELLATIONS

Because our products enter production quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us at willie@anchorandpine.shop with your order number.
