This website is operated by Anchor & Pine LLC. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. GENERAL
By accessing or using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. PRODUCTS
All products sold by Anchor & Pine are print-on-demand items made to order. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and print production variables. We make every effort to accurately represent our products but cannot guarantee exact color matching.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods made available through our checkout.
4. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Because our products are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Shipping times are in addition to production time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly — cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final on made-to-order products. We accept return or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery only for the following reasons:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item does not match the product description
To initiate a claim, contact us at willie@anchorandpine.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review all size guides before purchasing.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, graphics, logos, and brand assets associated with Anchor & Pine are the exclusive property of Anchor & Pine LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without express written permission.
7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store uses third-party services including but not limited to Printify for fulfillment and Shopify for e-commerce. Your use of our site is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and applicable platform policies.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Anchor & Pine LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
